We will process your order the first working day after the order has been put and contact you by email or phone regarding availability on the records and totalprice including shippingcost.The order will be binding when you ask us to send the records.
Shippingcosts
The shippingcost is based on your location and the weight on the records. We will get back to you with the shippingcost after you have placed your order.
Paymentmethods
We prefer to recieve the payment before shipping the records. We accept banktransfer, paypal and payson. If you choose to pay with Paypal we will add 3% of the totalcost to cover the fees Paypal charge.
The quality on the records
We are grading the records after Record Collector´s gradingsystem. If you want more information about a record (pictures etc) you can contact us
Return/Reclamations
If you are not happy with the record you will get the money back if you return the records.
